Welcome Biscuit! On Wednesday we officially adopted Biscuit into our family. She was being fostered by a British family in town who would have loved to have kept her for themselves but they already have 5 dogs so it was not much of an option for them. I'm not much of a dog person myself, but Dan has been wanting a dog for some time now. After meeting her, we both fell in love with her & decided to make her our first family dog. She's a very sweet 6 month old Australian Shepherd. She has one blue eye & one brown eye. She's very calm & well behaved, especially for a puppy. And surprisingly quiet!! Here are a few pics. I can't believe my sweet, baby girl is 2! She is growing up so fast!! Anna is very energetic, loves to climb, read, & play with her kitty cat Smudge. She is talking so much now. Although we can't always understand what she's saying, she certainly does! But everyday I feel like she's getting clearer & clearer. One of her favorite show is The Backyardigans. We have a couple of the books & she can point & name every character all on her own.

Well, it's been awhile since I've blogged so I guess I have some catching up to do....so here we go! In July Anna & I took a trip to Ohio to visit family. So here are a few pics from our trip!

We went to Rolling Ridge Farm. It was so much fun. We were able to see lots of different animals & take a wagon ride!

The time has finally come. We are officially moving this week! Can't wait. We are just so excited to get settled into our new home. After we get all settled we will be sure to post some pics of our new home :)

Just a few fun pics of my sweet Anna! She is growing up so fast, I can't seem to slow her down. She is talking so much now & definitely getting into her terrible two's :) But overall, she is a delight & I love being able to stay at home with her. What a blessing!

This past week I finally started packing as we are moving in just a couple of weeks! As I was going through stuff in our closet I came across Smudge's kitty bed. She hasn't used it since she was a kitten. Anna wasn't sure what to do with it at first, but then discovered that she can do all sorts :) I love when her little creative minds comes alive.

Sunday our church held their baby & child dedication. There were 11 families dedicating their kids! It was really special & it really made Dan & I realize just how important it is to raise your children in a godly home. It is our job to be their role models & to teach them about Jesus. Anna is such a blessing to us & we thank God every single days for our beautiful, healthy little girl.
